How to add subscribers to your newsletter?

The difference between the two is List #1 is filtered and known to be loyal, active andresponsive mint making “Subscribers”.
List #2 is my subscriber “Leads” who have notbeen filtered.
To filter those “Leads” simply send them anoffer they can’t refuse.
