Virgin’s Branson going to jail

Richard Branson is going to jail next week in Canada in another publicity stunt.

This is why Branson is an expert in marketing.

On March 13, Sir Richard will dangle in a tiny jail cell suspended by a crane above Yonge and Dundas square in downtown Toronto. The move is designed to publicize a new government regulation, which comes into effect the following day, that allows cellphone customers to take their numbers with them when switching providers.

Virgin Mobile, which this month celebrates its second year in Canada, is billing March 14 as the day cellphone subscribers get out of jail.

Prosperity Games Dinner Party

I had another Play Prosperity Games Dinner Party Friday night in Austin Texas.

We had so much fun I forgot to take pictures.

On one of my anonymous feedback forms someone stated that there was too many ideas and to limit it. I take that as a compliment. Thank you so much. I want people to have so many ideas that they pick the one that resonates with them the most. It is a matter of feeling the inspiration.

“I laughed most of the night with people I just met. I was happy to help people experience ideas that they may not have thought of on their own. Chris was very instructive and clear in his prosperity game process.” - Bruce Burns, yourownbestgood.com, Negotiate to your own best good

“I love how everyone contributes in the brainstorming. This allows for such unique ideas to come forth. Whenever something is fun, I love it.”

“..helps so much in expanding a few little words into a whole biz vision…interaction with others learning what people around you love…a personal experience for everyone.”

“Meeting new people, thinking creatively, learning how people think. Seeing what I have in common with others.”

“I like the spontaneity of the game. The ability to be surprised by what you turn over. Still being comforted that I knew I liked everything in my cards. Also liked that this game allows a person to focus on themselves when most of time people are focusing outside themselves (ie work, etc).”

Thank you Suzanne and Bruce for opening up your home for the games.

Whatever You Want Wants You Even More Than You Want It

What separates winners from losers?

I just found out about the stock market going down. I don’t watch the news so it takes a day or two for me to find out such things.

What separates the winners from the losers, the wealthy from the wannabes is their REACTIONS to the events they have no control over.

The people that overreact or just as bad do not react at all will lose. The winners with react and move forward with a plan.

Do you think the wealthy permanently lost a lot of money this week? They reacted and will easily come back on top if they already haven’t. It is all on how you react.

If you think the stock market going down almost 500 points is the end of your investment days then you are right. If you think “where is there an opportunity here?” then you are thinking correctly.

I once saw the head of a large family foundation get the news that they lost several million dollars in one day. He didn’t cry, he didn’t get upset. He did take a pause, but they had a plan. They only risked what they felt comfortable with and they knew they would make it back. They took measures immediately to secure that. And they did recover in a month.

When something happens to you take notice and react to it positively. Take action to move ahead. What is your next action?

The #1 Mistake People Make When Using the Law of Attraction

The law of attraction is very powerful and it is not the only secret.  It’s one secret.  You must also take action.  Law of attraction with action is fantastic.  You can do anything you desire with these two components working together.

I think that is the number one mistake people make is they just relie on law of attraction and do not take any action.  They are close to getting results by believing in the law of attraction.  People that don’t know anything about law of attraction and take lots of action have limited successful.  Most of these type of people are working their butt off and really getting no where.  Plus they are so stressed they are unhappy.

Steve wrote an excellent article about getting these two components  to work together.  He had to say:

Whenever you form an intention, that intention has two primary components. The first component is the content of the intention. The content is the information part of your desire. It’s whatever you decide you want, such as a new career, a better relationship, or an extra $10,000. That part is pretty straightforward.

The second component of an intention is the energy you bring to the intention. Some people describe this as a feeling, like passion or gratitude, but the feeling is actually the result of the energy, not the energy itself. However, you know there is energy in your intention when you connect strong feelings to it.
