Hi Chris,

It was a pleasure to meet you in Austin. I generally like to stick to 5-6 members for a mastermind group. If you have more than 6, either the meetings tend to go too long or everyone doesn't get enough time to talk and get feedback.

All the best,

When creating mastermind groups for other I agree starting with four is best. I started my own mastermind group with my girlfriend and then at a seminar meet two people that we both liked and have it up to four now.

Great post Chris!

I write a blog on Mastermind Groups and just posted a comment about your blog: How Many Members To Start With?

We always start our groups with at least 4 members and then build up to a maximum of 8.

Good luck with yours!
