Having been a consultant to my clients in this department for over a decade...Let me just say...So many factors are involved in having easy, pristine communication using technology.

Many factors for good sound quality, are things we can control. A couple of my favorite, often overlooked, tips for adding sound quality control to your teleseminar or teleconference call sound quality are:

1) Make sure your headset contact (where the headset is plugged into your phone), is static free and fully engaged.

2) Make sure your wireless connections in your immediate environment are compatible with the phone you are using (and not creating &quot;background radio noise&quot; or interference).</description>
