We meet Ralph from Word of Mouth Marketing last week and he explained his word of mouth marketing program. It is very good for existing clients. He has a system that followups with existing clients and gives them gifts in their local area. The local gifts are restaurants, massage, health and it starts with a music cd compilation in one of four styles. At a cost of only $25 per customer this is a great deal. The gifts are worth much more so you are getting great value. Plus the customer is getting three gifts over a years time. You build a a better relationship with them and you will get some referrals from someone that is now more of a friend. A survey is included in one of the letters that allows the customer to write some referrals. Word Of Mouth Marketing has a whole system, phone scripts and manual.

Due to the local gifts this system doesn’t work for all locations. But if Word Of Mouth Marketing covers areas you have customers you should really check it out. Ralph is also expanding into new areas.
